This policy covers the static website published by E F CUNHA LTDA (brand: E F Cunha Soft House) at this domain. It is written to be read in full in two minutes, and it describes what actually happens rather than what might.
The short version
This website does not identify you. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads nothing from third-party servers, and has no form that could collect anything you type.
What we collect
Nothing that identifies you. The site is a set of static files. It has no user accounts, no login, no newsletter, no contact form and no comment system.
- No cookies. We set no first-party cookies and no third-party cookies.
- No analytics or tracking. No Google Analytics, no pixel, no session recording, no fingerprinting, no advertising identifier.
- No third-party requests. Fonts, stylesheets, scripts and images are served from this domain. Opening this site does not tell any other company that you visited it.
- No personal data in the code. The only personal data published here is the contact email address, which belongs to the company and is intentionally public.
Local browser storage
The site does not store anything in your browser beyond ordinary HTTP caching of the pages, stylesheet and images you requested. The “copy email address” button uses your browser's clipboard only when you click it, and it writes nothing to storage.
Server logs
The site is served as static content from cloud infrastructure. Like any web server, that infrastructure processes the request it receives — including the IP address, the requested URL, the time and the user agent — in order to deliver the page and to protect the service against abuse. Those logs are generated by the hosting provider, are kept for a limited period for security and operational purposes, and are not used by us to profile visitors or to build marketing audiences.
If you write to us, we receive your message, your address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to answer you and to continue the conversation you started. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not sell or share the correspondence, and we delete it when it is no longer needed. If you want your message deleted, ask and we will delete it.
Legal basis and your rights
Where the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018) or the GDPR applies, our legal basis for processing an email you send us is your request and our legitimate interest in answering it. You may ask us for confirmation of whether we process data about you, for access, correction or deletion of that data, or for information about sharing. Write to the address below and we will respond.
Children
This website is aimed at a professional audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Because the site collects no data, we do not expect frequent changes.
